Ground Vault is a registered business name of Vatilon Associates, ABN 24 640 158 210, of L3 329/98-100 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. References to "we", "us" and "Ground Vault" in these terms mean that business. You can reach us at support@groundvault.com.au.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm dispatch. If an item sells out, is mispriced, or cannot be supplied, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will always contact you first.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and may change without notice, especially for bullion, which follows the live metal market. Shipping, taxes and any duties are shown or calculated at checkout. The price at the moment your order is confirmed is the price that applies.

We describe every item as accurately as we can, including year, mint, metal, purity, weight and condition. Photography is of the actual item or a representative example of the same issue; minor natural variation between individual coins is normal. Bullion items are sold for their metal content and specification, not for a specific serial number unless stated.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears. We may cancel an order where payment is declined, reversed or flagged as fraudulent.

Information on this site about coins, precious metals, rarity or market values is provided for general interest only and is not financial or investment advice. Precious metal and collectable values can fall as well as rise. Seek independent advice before making investment decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you are shopping from outside Australia, this does not exclude mandatory consumer protection or other laws of your own country that apply to your purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
