The questions collectors ask us most. If yours is not here, contact us and we will answer it properly.

Are all your coins genuine?: Yes. We only list authentic coins and collectables sourced from official mint distributors, established dealers and private collections. Graded coins list their grading company and certification number so you can verify them independently.
Which currencies can I shop in?: Use the region selector in the header to switch market. Prices are shown in your selected currency, and checkout completes in that currency where Shopify Markets supports it.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes — we ship worldwide with tracked, insured services. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout for your destination.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?: Depending on your country, imports may attract duty, GST/VAT or customs charges. Where Shopify supports it these are calculated at checkout; otherwise they are payable to your local carrier or customs authority.
How are coins packaged?: Discreetly and securely. Coins stay in their original mint capsules, cases or grading slabs, protected inside plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
Can I reserve or lay-by a coin?: For higher-value items we can sometimes arrange a short hold or staged payment. Contact us with the product name and we will let you know what is possible.
Do you buy coins from customers?: Not at this time. Ground Vault currently sells coins and collectables only, and does not offer a coin buying or valuation service.
